Stitch Craftsmen Ltd (Whatley / Frome, Somerset)
Contract Stitching and Sewing
Contract stitching has long been a major part of our business, since we began trading. Throughout this time we have maintained a loyal customer base and over the years have gained invaluable experience in a wide variety of different materials, resulting in some very innovative processes and products.
Stitch Craftsmen has much ongoing contract stitching work, with large runs and regular new orders for one-off jobs. We are always happy to take on stitching orders, regardless of size and time scale, and have a large selection of industrial sewing machines to easily accommodate any possible needs. Our skilled staff, engineers and designers will be happy to assist where necessary and work with you to achieve the required result.
Stitch Craftsmen Ltd: Contract Stitching Information
In the past, our stitching contracts have included everything from boat and lorry covers, to luxury designer leather bags, horse blankets, dog leads and every kind of strap that you could possibly imagine. We have also started stitching body storage units, body part bags and even the skirts for large passenger Hovercraft.
Stitch Craftsmen was recently approached by a Wiltshire children's play centre to design and manufacture some brightly coloured soft play equipment. This was a very successful enterprise and we are looking forward to considering further work in this field, since we have received such good feedback from the customer, play centre staff and the children themselves.
Another recent job included stitching repairs to sports equipment and PVC room partitions for the University of Bath. In fact, the university was so pleased with the standard and speed of our work, that we were subsequently recommended to the Prince Charles Stadium at Cheltenham, where we repaired their pole vault beds.
