Stitch Craftsmen Ltd (Whatley / Frome, Somerset)
Somerset Tourist Attractions
Our factory is conveniently close to a number of very popular tourist destinations and attractions, which are best reached by car or bus. The Georgian city of Bath is just a 30-minute drive away and offers almost endless sights to see, as well as a superb shopping district and plenty of exceptional restaurants.
Families looking for Somerset attractions close to Whatley may also like to consider spending a day at Bristol, where places of interest include an excellent zoo, ten-pin bowling and numerous multi-screen cinema complexes. Cheddar Gorge is also rather close, while the historical market town of Frome is right next door, as is the village of Nunney and its ancient castle ruins. If beaches are more your thing, then you will find that Weston Super Mare is also relatively close by, standing alongside the Bristol Channel. Further afield and in Wiltshire are the world-class attractions of Longleat, Stonehenge and Salisbury Cathedral.
